How is the fee calculated?

We charge a percentage of the hire's salary — but significantly lower than traditional agencies (15–30%). Our rate is agreed before any recruiter sees the role.

What happens if the hire doesn't work out?

Every Upnest hire comes with a 90‑day replacement guarantee. If the person leaves or doesn't pass probation, we re‑run the search with the same recruiters at no extra cost.

How is this different from a job board?

Job boards are passive — you post and wait. Upnest is active sourcing: vetted recruiters reach out to people who aren't applying anywhere, and only ones with a real fit. You see candidates, not applications.

Who are the recruiters?
